Lighthouse Louisiana now serves the Deaf of Louisiana

Three years ago, Lighthouse Louisiana recognized that the Deaf community needed a service to be provided. They decided to hire Paul Winfree and set up a new department just for the Deaf. Now, Paul is working to spread recognition for the organization.
