Joel Barish starts his day by taking the train from Hilton Beijing Capital Airport to the Beijing Enamel Factory. After the tour around the factory that makes Cloisonné ware, the world’s famous Chinese enamel wares, Joel tries out Beijing’s famous Peking duck and learns about how Peking duck is cooked. Yum! Joel visits Beijing No. 3 School for the Deaf and meets Kun Wang, a Deaf art teacher who is also a well-renowned artist for his works in engraving. Joel ends his day with friends at a local eatery.
