Joel Barish goes back in time with his guide, Jacques Boudreault, to the year when the first Deaf school in Canada was founded, and Quebec Sign Language, or Langue des signes du Québec (LSQ), was born. After the fascinating history lesson, they get to enjoy Québec’s famous original dish, poutine, which consists of three food groups: French fries, cheese, and gravy. (French Subtiles)
