Ecuador: Colada Morada

After cycling through Cotopaxi, Ecuador, my Deaf friend Luis brought me to Patután to visit his aunt and taste the famous Colada Morada. Warm, purple, sweet, and full of tradition — every sip carried family and culture. One bike ride turned into a beautiful local story.
