India Deaf Expo marks its fourth year as its biggest year featuring Deaf people from all over India. Meet artists who run their own businesses working in rangoli, clay, woodwork, and tattoos, succeeding in both the Deaf and hearing worlds. Others work hard to change Deaf education through donations of money, clothes, supplies; encouraging Deaf people to find jobs or breaking free from inefficient oral education. India Deaf Expo gives them the chance to come together and change lives. (captioned)
